This houseboat has literally everything you need for a comfortable stay right in the middle of the FISHING CAPITAL OF THE WORLD. It is located on 'B' dock at the Venice Marina. Only a few steps from the parking lot. Perfect for unloading your items. We even have carts at the room to help lug bags etcs to and from.
The houseboat has a space to tie up your boat(s) to the front and side of the houseboat.
The houseboat can accommodate 10 people comfortably. Its a 3 bedroom and 2 bath houseboat. The first bedroom is a set of (2) twin bunks. The second bedroom is another set of (2) twin bunks. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a twin bunk above and has a bathroom connected to it to give it a more of a "master bedroom" type feel. The house has 2 full bathrooms with showers, toilets, and plenty of soap and towels.
The main living area has a TV equipped with Direct TV. And we have WiFi(starlink). We also have plenty of board games to play. The living area and kitchen provide an open concept for guest to visit while watching TV, dining and preparing meals in the fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, toaster and Fridge. There is also a deep freezer inside for any bait etc.
There is a grill with the necessary utensils located on the deck for use by our guests. There is also a fish cleaning station with a hose right next to it for your convenience. Please do not throw fish guts in the water. We ask that you please take them outside of the marina and dispose of them.
