Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: One of the best places we ever stayed at. There is virtually everything you might need even for a prolonged stay: huge fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, fully stocked kitchen (basic spices and salt, coffee, tea was also provided), big modern smart tv (we used netflix and disney+), comfy sofa. There are two separate rooms (living area + kitchen and bedroom) which is great. Very clean bathroom and a second separate toilet are also great. Lots of storage space, big closet in the bedroom. Office desk if you need to work plus a big kitchen table for the second person (if it's a working vacation). The walk to the old town is 5 minutes and to the nearest beach about 10 minutes. There's a mall with groceries and all sorts of services 3 minutes away. Very tasty kebab place (opened until midnight) about 5 minutes walk. Great great location.
Negative: The only downside I can think of is the road in front of the building. The bedroom faces the road and in the morning it can get a bit loud. With the closed windows it was not a problem for us, but if you have very sensitive hearing or very light sleep it might be a nuisance.
Summary: Amazing value and great great location - you can walk everywhere you need.
