Positive: We planned our holiday several months in advance, and when we saw Anita’s place with a perfect 10 rating and so many positive reviews, we honestly thought – this can’t be real. But we were curious to see what makes guests feel so impressed. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a wonderful host. Anita greeted us with genuine hospitality and kindness, and we immediately felt at home. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. To our delight, the fridge had cold water, beer, cookies, and even a small bottle of Anita’s homemade cherry liqueur. We loved it so much that we mentioned it to her — and she generously gifted us three more small bottles. Such a kind and touching gesture! The bed linen and everything around was perfectly clean. The sea and a truly beautiful beach are just a 10-minute walk away, and the Old Town can be reached in about 35–40 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus. Everything was simply wonderful, and my wife and I are very grateful to Anita. We sincerely wish her good health, success, and many more lovely guests at her amazing place.

Negative: There is really nothing to complain about, but just two small things worth mentioning. This year in Croatia there were an unusually large number of wasps – they follow you almost everywhere. Whenever we tried to have breakfast or dinner on the terrace, they would quickly gather around. Of course, this is not related to Anita’s place – the wasps are simply everywhere this season. Also, something to keep in mind for tall guests like myself: the apartment is located under the roof, so you need to get used to walking with your head slightly lowered. It’s just part of the charm of a rooftop apartment, but good to be aware of.
