Positive: I rented this apartment for 3 weeks and it became my home away from home. I was in Perugia to study Italian at La Università per Stranieri di Perugia and I wanted to find a place where I could live, study and feel comfortable. Boy, did I hit the nail on the head. Where do I start? 1. Position: loads of bars immediately outside my door. Proximity to Uni: super easy mostly flat 6min walk to the uni. Proximity to Town Centre: 4min walk up a hill - two options. Kitchen: absolutely perfect with everything I needed to make my breakfast, lunch and dinner when I wanted. Bed: Cosy and comfortable. Hanging Space: loads. Shower: Hot. Host: Susana was a 10 out of 10 - unbelievable/amazing. Not sure what else I can add other than, if you are searching and searching and reading review's - this should be the last review, just book it. One last thing - Favourite thing about this property: Without a doubt - every morning the sunrise took my breath away.

Negative: Absolutely and emphatically nothing. There is not a single bad word I could say about this property
