CORONAVIRUS UPDATE- The pools and recreational facilities are open with 30% capacity restrictions and other social distancing limitations. In my units, we have taken COVID-19 protection certifications, to better understand the desease and disinfect the units correctly and are including additional hand sanitizer and soaps for your convenience. We have a beautiful, tastefully decorated 3 bedroom-2 bath condo unit. We pride ourselves in providing everything you will need for a great vacation. Just bring your bathing suit and suntan lotion. Unit #5401 is family and adventure oriented, on the first floor, next to the basketball court, waterpark and playground. It sleeps 8 with 2 queen beds and two bunk beds for 4 twin beds. All rooms have Air conditioners, night tables and radios. Enjoy all the luxuries of home while relaxing in the TROPICAL SETTING surrounding Aquatika Beach Resort Condominium. Spend the day sunning by the beach, the morning floating in one of 5 pools, or sliding down the water slide (open on weekends), play a round of golf at one of several nearby golf courses, or hike a rainforest. These are some of the activities you will be able to enjoy while staying at Aquatika. For those guests staying 7 nights or more, I usually give them a personal and complementary tour of the El Yunque rainforest, if my schedule permits. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. The kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator with ice-maker, ceramic-top stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, cups, and grill utensils are provided. WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT. For your convenience we will also provide you with some detergent. BALCONY Relax on the hammock, grill a nice steak on the BBQ, or have breakfast on the breezy balcony while watching the kids play right in front of your balcony on the 1st floor unit. IN THE APARTMENT We have ceiling fans in the dinning and living room area, AC in all bedrooms. We have basic cable TV with ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS and other local, national and international channels. A DVD with an assortment of family friendly movies, table games, and a domino table with 4 chairs, for your use during your stay. THE BEACH We provide a couple of beach chairs, beach towels, as well as a cooler to tote your drinks and snacks for your outings. Take in the view while gliding on the water in the 2 person kayak available for your use. (Life jackets, seats and paddles available in the apartment.) But be careful and safe, Use at your own risk. Enjoy a game of miniature golf, play tennis, basketball or volleyball. All necessary equipment for these activities is provided. Find your favorite stores at the Outlet Mall, catch a movie at the movie theaters, drive a K1 hi speed Go Kart, or try some Caribbean cuisine at one of the many restaurants in the area, all within a 20 minute drive. Take in the fabulous views of the beach, the gardens and the half moon pool. A perfect place for a family vacation, to explore the many adventures available in the northern and eastern part of Puerto Rico, to relax, or for a romantic getaway. Aquatika has a $10 per person per stay security and usage bracelet fee which is separate from the VRBO fees. I prepay it and get reimbursed at check-in. Be aware that guests are not allowed to bring additional visitors to the complex. Every person in the complex has to be registered and wear a bracelet.
