Positive: The hosts were the nicest we've every had. If I go to Milan again I will definitely be staying there. They were very welcoming and upon arrival we received a panettone as a gift which was such a lovely gesture. The apartment was well stocked (even laundry detergent) and came with a coffee machine and coffee pods. It was warm, bright, spacious and tastefully decorated. The beds were so comfortable we were well rested every day! During our stay, we ran into a problem with the drain in the shower. We contacted the host who replied immediately and came to fix it the same day. As an apology, we received a beautiful gift from them. The apartment is situated in a beautiful, modern and peaceful/quiet area with very easy access to public transport so it is amazing for tourists wanting to explore the city of Milan. I 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting.
