Positive: What a fantastic house! We have owned condos on Anna Marie for 40 years, but since my niece was getting married and using them for the bridal party we decided to rent a house. We are very familiar with Anna Maria but it was so fun to rent for a change and decide to be at the tip of the island with its easy access to most beautiful beaches and Pine street shops and the fishing piers.... spectacular. I loved the look of the house when I saw it online and it was even better in person. It is classic airy Florida home with beautiful landscaping. The house was immaculate when we arrived and had pretty much anything you would need. There are multiple doors leading out to the pool area. The bedrooms are nicely laid out, we all had privacy. AND there is a "bonus" room which has a fold up Murphy bed and couches that was great when some of us wanted to hang out and watch football etc. while others of us were in the living room area.The decor is classic beach style, not to kitschy. It is a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the beach in one direction and the bay in the other. Anna Maria is one of my favorite places in the world and I recommend it for any age, and this house is delightful.

Negative: Everything was perfect, if I want to get picky I would say that there were four bikes in the garage that could have been in better shape but it was no problem we just rented some from Beach Bums. Also- this is a bonus for those with small children- but be aware there are alarms on the doors out to the pool that you simply have to hit the "bypass" button each time you go in or out. Great safety for parents but just letting renters know.

Summary: Spectacular location and classic Florida house!!!!
