Positive: Large apartment, clean and great location.

Negative: Bloodstains of squashed mosquitoes on the ceiling and walls and also found on the bed sheet. On the first night my son was covered in mosquitoes bites, I contacted the host and requested a insect spray for the rooms but I did not receive one. No air conditioning or fans as the rooms were extremely hot. We had difficulty in accessing the Wi-Fi, we could only get a reasonable reception if we were outside the building. The narrow and steepness of the stairs made it very difficult to carry luggage, particularly if you were on the top floor. Access to the top floor using the stairs can be extremely dangerous, not really good for young families or individuals with mobility issues, or my husband who suffers from asthma and breathing problems. Also the stair rails at the the top level was not sturdy. We were also visited by a mouse on a couple of occasions from a hole in the corner of the kitchen.

Summary: This could be an excellent apartment as it’s got potential, if these issues were looked at and resolved.
