Positive: Very friendly staff from the moment we arrived. They explained everything clearly and gave us great recommendations. There were welcome candies and cookies in the room. About a 15-minute walk from the city center. The breakfast was very good and offered a nice variety. We visited during the Christmas season, and there was Christmas-themed music playing until 9:00 pm. We loved the YouTube playlists and the warm, festive atmosphere they created throughout the place :)
