Negative: Dishwasher broke tp holder in half bath ripped put of the wall. No parking for 2 cars only 1 we had to move out the trash cans to fit a car in the garage Heavy presents of dog hair and the 1st floor ac temperature settings don't work. I had to turn the Ac off downstairs to stop tge AC. Pool passes are astronomical priced almost $20 a day per person
