To the right, you'll find two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kitchen and laundry area with a washer and dryer are conveniently located to the left. Step outside onto the back deck, where you'll find a table and seating for four, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. For those warm summer evenings, gather around the fire pit, complete with Adirondack chairs. The expansive finished garage area, set to be completed by May, will offer additional space for relaxation and recreation, including a seating area and TV. Guests have access to free parking in the driveway and on the street. There are also 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon to make your trips to the beach easy.
