Quietly situated in Bayview's most sought-after cul-de-sac with spectacular views looking North towards Lion Island and beyond, this contemporary residence affords a unique opportunity to enjoy this sophisticated but casual home for your holiday. The highlight of the property is the 25 metre lap pool plus a heated spa. Start the day with laps in the pool and then wander down to Pittwater to one of the waterfront cafes for breakfast.
The villa is composed of three levels with several entertaining areas, large terraces, movie theatre and gym. The property has 5 bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. All up there are three full bathrooms and a one half bathroom.
On the entry level you will find the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area flowing on to a generous terrace with panoramic views over Pittwater & beyond. There is second living room on this level which is ideal for the children with an extra-large television plus a full movie screen and projector. A queen size bedroom and a bathroom complete this level.
