The owners of this beautiful vacation rental condominium have taken the property to the next level with all new furniture, TVs, paint, and more. The spacious primary bedroom suite has a comfortable king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat panel TV, and a full bathroom just down the hallway. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The community pool is just steps away, along with BBQ and tennis. *Please note that the unit is up one flight of steps and there is no elevator in this building. Have additional guests? We also own 2005, which can accommodate up to six additional guests.
The hotel pool and restaurants located in the very back of South Seas are for hotel/resort guests only. This condo is individually owned. There is a pool and, of course, the beach located right in front of the condo for your use. You will also have access to the association tennis court, BBQ grills, and the beach. There are several restaurants just outside the gates of the resort available to you, and you are saving over 50% from resort rates. Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.

Pool Closure
The pool will be closed starting January 5, 2026. This closure is expected to last one (1) month. The other two pools at the Beach Villas will remain open and available to guests. One is in front of the 2300 building, and the other is in front of the 2500 building.
