Unit has also a private office if you need to spend time connected to your daily work.
Palmas is a very friendly community with tennis courts, golf, many restaurants, schools, and Church.
This entire open concept condo with one King bed, two full beds and two twin beds is just across the Palmas del Mar Hotel, with a very close beach and an excellent view of the golf nr 4 hole.
The Twin beds are located in a very fancy mezzanine, and an excellent office space is located on the second mezzanine.
A sofa could be used as a bed in case you need for another guest.
The apartment has one parking assigned. If additional parking is needed, paid parking could be used on the Hotel Premises ($15 daily cost).
