**Green Cabana**
Sunset Village is a gated complex with private parking. The Green Cabana is rustic with a modern touch. For guests' commodity, the unit is equipped with a/c in all rooms that cool the entire property, yet the wooden walls and high ceilings provide for a refreshing tropical experience. Distributed in 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & balcony. Each room has 1 bunk bed with a full mattress at the bottom and a twin mattress on the upper level. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, full stove, cutlery, knives, pans and pots, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Bath and beach towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper are included. The complex has direct access to the beach.
Guests have access to private parking & beach access.
Although hosts don't stay/sleep at the property, we occasionally visit the complex to ensure guests have no issues and are making correct use of the facilities. Cleaning and maintenance concierge are available during most of the day.
Combate is a small town in the municipality of Cabo Rojo. There are restaurants and beaches nearby. Jet ski rentals are available at Combate Beach. The property is located on Sunset Beach which is perfect for Paddle Boarding and Kayaking since the water is very calm. There is a boat ramp two minutes drive from the property making it ideal for launching jet skis and boats. Property conveniently located on the beach meaning you may park your boat on the water and watch it from the complex; Following maritime laws at all time.
We highly recommend guests bring their own vehicle. One parking space is included; a second one may be arranged if available. Street parking is available. Closest beaches are Sunset Beach, which is where the complex is located, Combate Beach, Playa Sucia, and Buye Beach. Closest restaurants include Annie's Place, Tavern by the Sea, Santos, Señor Burger, and Fogata del Mar. Closest pharmacy is Farmacia El Combate & closest supermarket is Ritamar.
-Once you have rent you will need to provide us an email address so we can send the contract agreement that you must sign. Contract agreement contains the rules of the unit & complex.
SUNSET VILLAGE COMPLEX RULES
Violation of any of these rules may lead to the termination of your rental.
1. Absolutely NO Smoking inside the complex and unit.
2. Front gate and beach gate shall be closed while not in use.
3. Not cursing, loud talking, or fighting in the premises.
4. The use of drugs and controlled substances is prohibited.
5. Only registered guests are allowed inside the premises.
6. Running, rough playing or unnecessary noise will not be allowed.
7. Loud music is not allowed inside the complex. Music shall not have explicit lyrics and the volume shall not disrupt the others guests.
8. Cars shall not be left idling for more than 5 minutes inside the complex.
9. Bicycles, roller skates, roller blades, shoes with wheels, toy cars and balls are not allowed.
10. No food, beverages, including alcoholic beverages, will be allowed to be left unattended in the gazebos.
11. Do not throw garbage around. Must use garbage bins provided.
12. “Voceteo” is strictly prohibited.
13. Guests must be respectful of each other’s privacy and space.
14. Do not use any other parking spaces than the one assigned for you.
15. Main renter must be over 21 years old.
