Quiet and relaxing gateway condo at the 9th floor overlooking a nice pool and the mountains only steps from the beach and Jaco downtown where you’ll find all the amenities, restaurants, nightlife, supermarket and stores.
The complex has a beautiful resort style pool with 3 Jacuzzis, a kid playground, a beach volleyball court, parking lot and security 24/7. It is a quiet and family ambiance place.
This condo is very spacious fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with king size beds and the other one with 2 twin beds and all with air conditioning. The master bedroom has its private full bathroom, a flat screen television, lots of closets with hangers and a safe. The second room has also lots of closets space and share a full bathroom with the third room.
The living room has 3 couches and a television and one patio window that goes to the balcony. The dining rooms also has a patio window on the balcony and sits 6. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a big refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all you need to cook!
There is A/C that is separately controlled in each room, hi speed wireless internet, cable TV, washer and dryer and hot water. The bedrooms and bathrooms come with all the linens and towels and a hair dryer.
Jaco Beach is a great place to stay in Costa Rica. There is all kind of public transportation such buses or taxis very easy to catch nearby the condo. Jaco is centrally located and from here you can easily do one day tours such, Sport fishing, ATV, Zip line, National parks such Manuel Antonio (one hour drive), Tortuga Island, and many more… I am a phone call away to assist you during your stay and help you with any tour, transportation from the airport, car rental or any other information you would need.
