It covers a total of 111 m². 48 m² of which is an outbuilding and the main house is 63m². The outbuilding has two bedrooms and bathrooms and in the main house there is one bedroom and a guest toilet.

On the large terraces with comfortable garden furniture you can relax wonderfully. Here you can have breakfast in the morning or end the day with a glass of wine.
