Beautifully recently renovated home with a very relaxing family room with a wood fireplace. Family room has a 58” flatscreen tv with a Bose surround sound system. Also on that floor is a half bath and a kitchenette. The main floor is very open and spacious containing a comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen with bar stool chairs. Dining room opens out to the four season porch with a beautiful view of the very large back yard with a koi pond. The porch allows access to a very large deck with a sunken hot tub. The top floor contains 3 comfortable bedrooms with the master bathroom with a walk in shower. The house is air conditioned throughout with an on demand hot water system. We have very high speed internet/WiFi throughout the house.
