Two air-fryers for quick/easy/healthy cooking in a very clean environment. Washer/Dryer. Gorgeous mountain views and walking paths in secure gated community located is very desirable.

**This rental is for one room with a queen sized bed and a bathroom across the hall. It includes light kitchen use, etc. I reside in the home with my small dog and cat who usually stay in my room.
