Nagomi House in Manzanita is a brand-new retreat inspired by Japanese and Scandinavian design principles, perched above the beautiful Oregon coastline. Designed with calming textures and warm natural materials, Nagomi House brings the outdoors inside. Large windows frame views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding forest, filling the home with natural light and peaceful views. The open living space centers around comfortable seating, ocean views, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook for a group.

THE INSIDE SPACE (main floor):
As you enter through our garage you’ll notice our Level 2 EV charger. The garage provides convenient space to unload luggage, beach gear, and jackets before entering the home.
As you walk into the home through the front door you are immediately greeted by sweeping views of the Pacific ocean and Neahkanie range. As you move into the living space and look out the windows you'll see the top floor of our patio deck with outdoor heaters and a fire pit. On this floor is a queen bedroom along with half guest bathroom.
There is a full kitchen with all your essentials needed for making dinner or bringing back food to enjoy on the patio. We take coffee seriously - so there's a Fellow Aiden coffee maker (perfect for large brews), as well as a Nespresso machine and Chemex if you prefer pour-over. Our favorite kitchen feature is the instant-hot or cold filtered water on demand (perfect for morning coffee or evening tea).
There is also a stocked laundry area in the garage with high efficiency washer/dryer so you have fresh clothing for your next day on the coast. For adventurous guests, a crab pot, clam guns, waders/boots are available to borrow.
THE INSIDE SPACE (downstairs):
As you head downstairs you'll find two bedrooms - a large primary bedroom with en-suite double shower bathroom, as well as a bunk (twin over queen), perfect for small families or kids. Around the corner is an additional full guest bathroom as well, with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and soaps provided.
Best of all, access the covered dining patio area from your bedroom in the mornings as you step out and smell the sea breeze.
