Located in the Bight section of Grace Bay Beach, the beach is a short 5 minute stroll away. Enjoy nearby Turtle Cove marina, restaurants, and bars.
Beach amenities include chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels, a cooler, and wagon, or grab a yoga mat and have a session on the rooftop.
The space
Villa Grace Expectations is newly built home which features modern and convenient touches such as en-suites to all bedrooms, two powder rooms, outdoor foot shower and regular shower, coffee and wine bars, remote blinds and air conditioning in all rooms.
The furniture has been hand-selected from Europe and the appliances have been chosen for style and quality.
The grounds and the pool are very well maintained. There are three king size bedrooms, one of which is the primary, boasting a luxurious en-suite; and the fourth bedroom contains a queen size bed.
There are two indoor living areas, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a pool patio as well as a sunken deck with a firepit. Or choose to walk up to the rooftop terrace for a nice breeze and an overview of the surroundings.

Guest access
The entire villa, pool, patio and deck area are available to enjoy privately. The villa has two allocated parking spaces, located at the front of the villa, within the gated community.
Guest access will be keyless and contactless. Before check-in, the guest will be granted codes for the entrance gate and for the door.

The neighboring lot is under construction; however, since that villa is nearly enclosed, there’s hardly any disruption.
