Centrally located and only a few minutes from Rendezvous Bay beach, this villa has been designed and oriented to capture spectacular views from not only the common areas but also from the privacy of both main floor bedrooms. The villa has a breathtaking panoramic view from the pool ranging at least 270 degrees with stunning views of St. Maarten/St. Martin, Saba, and on a clear day beyond.
Sweet Return is ideally designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, providing privacy for all. The main floor has two identical air conditioned master bedrooms, Sunrise and Sunset, each with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. These two bedrooms have a large window in addition to a large glass doors opening directly onto the pool deck.
he villa is equipped with comfortable furnishings, large windows to capture the breathtaking views and the tropical breeze, hurricane shutters and air conditioning in all three bedrooms. The main house has a well appointed kitchen, dining area, office area, and TV lounge area all in the central living area, in addition to a the large pool deck outside.
The pool deck has also been surfaced with slate and furnished with lounge chairs dining table and chairs, and a gas barbecue grill.
