Guests must provide photo ID to host as requirement from Property Management Company for using the apartment for short term rental. This ensures safety and security for all guests and apartment owners. Photo Id's will be deleted on checkout. Guests can send the photo ID by channel message or email.
Noise level needs to be extremely quiet after 10 pm especially on balconies.
Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund.
If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.
