**Important Note: A parking permit is required at the property and it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to make sure this is displayed. Please make sure the parking permit is displayed when using the parking space.
Large vehicles are not recommended as the parking space is tight and restricted, however, we can send secured parking options close by**
The Space:
This modern two-bedroom apartment boasts laminate flooring throughout and cosy carpeting in the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and our bright and open lounge comes with two super comfy sofa beds and a large flat-screen Smart TV provided - up to 8 guests can enjoy your stay! This is absolutely perfect for a family trip or that get away with your group of friends.
The apartment has one main bathroom with a bathtub and a second ensuite with a waterfall shower.
Guests can also enjoy the use of a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary modern appliances to be able to self cater should you require.
The parking space is smaller than the average UK parking space, and a larger car will not fit in the space. Please find the dimensions: Width - 6ft, Height - 80

In the lively and buzzing heart of the city centre, with an abundance of the best restaurants and bars just on your doorstep.
As our apartment is located so centrally and close to a bar, we do need to make it clear that there is potential for weekend noise from outside.
Getting Around:
If you're exploring the city centre - you are already within walking distance of everything! However, if you're venturing out of the city centre there are plenty of bus stops within a minute's walk. Liverpool One bus stop is a short walk away with Liverpool Central train station just around the corner.
Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - l1 Minimarket that is about 5 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
This 1st floor apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
Please do not take the parking permit home, kindly leave it in the same location where you found it upon your check in. If you take it home, or you lose it you will be charged £250.00 as it takes a long time to get replaced. You will also remain liable for future guests’ parking until the permit is replaced/returned.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
Interaction with Guests:
We operate a very hands off approach, knowing that privacy is something that is vital when staying away from home. We will never intrude unannounced and will leave you to enjoy the comfort of the stunning apartment. However, that is not to say that we aren't around to help. We are both available by phone at all times should you need any assistance whatsoever. If we can't solve it over the phone we will be straight over!
