We are renting our lovely house, which was completely renovated in 2021 by an interior decorator and features a heated infinity pool with a counter-current swimming system. The house offers a beautiful entrance, a living room with a fireplace, 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a wine cellar. There are sheltered terraces and a fenced and landscaped garden. The villa is fully equipped and air-conditioned, with alarm, fiber optic internet, satellite TV, electric car charging point, and a laundry room.

The house is on one level, facing west, with two bedrooms on one side and two on the other. In the middle, there is a spacious living room with a separate and fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have TVs and receive fiber optic internet with speeds of up to 100Mbits.
The infinity pool is a beautiful centerpiece in our garden, which we call our haven of peace, surrounded by olive trees and pines.

The house enjoys a unique view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the vineyards of Gassin, and it is so private that you cannot see any neighbors. The sunset graces our patio every evening in summer.
There is private parking for multiple cars and lockable gates for added security.
It is truly a haven of peace that is hard to resist if you manage to tear yourself away! You can always see the beautiful hilltop village of Gassin from our garden, although the forest grows taller every year. Gassin is truly magnificent and has a charming terrace of restaurants overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It's less than an 8-minute drive away, and having lunch or dinner here with the spectacular view is a real delight. The house is perfect for spending days with friends and family by the pool, and the kitchen is ideally situated for serving meals on the outdoor terrace.
It is also 8 minutes from Saint-Tropez and 15 minutes from Ramatuelle and the beaches, making it a truly perfect location.
