Positive: This is a great place to stay. Everything that we needed was there and more besides. Although near a main road, the traffic noise was not intrusive and most of the time we didn't even notice it. The animals are great - llamas, geese, chickens, ducks. There was milk in the fridge when we arrived, plus some biscuits and a bottle of wine. Very much appreciated.

Negative: Nothing really, although stairs were a bit narrow for getting suitcases up them. People need to note that the bathroom is downstairs, so if you get up on the night, you need to use the stairs, but night lights were provided in 3 places, so there was no need to turn the light on. Older people may find this more of a challenge. I also found the bed a bit too soft for me, but my husband thought it was fine.

Summary: Great property. Would definitely stay again
