Positive: The owner and managing agency are very helpful over the phone and WhatsApp. Really well designed and maintained apartment and building with 24 h surveillance if worried about security. Plenty of space to relax, comfy bed, good shades (apt gets a lot of sun) and mosquito nets. Kitchen has the essentials, but no big pots and pans. TV with netflix and casting option. There are available public parking spots close to the house (not paid). Very easy to get to Rodos town (15 min walk) or drive to the beaches on the east side of the island (e.g. Anthony Quinn - 20 min drive). All in all, super happy I chose this place for my solo trip for 5 days and I really recommend it!

Negative: It was a bit difficult to find the location and looked a bit dodgy at first - make sure you ask about directions - but it was totally fine in the end, right behind the university of Rodos. Neighbors are friendly. Some better directions initially to find the apartment would be great - just a templated message with specifics to send over WhatsApp to the coming guest.
