Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy all property amenities! This includes a neighborhood pool at The Havens right by the condo, grills at The Havens, the huge North Tower Pool on the waterway, and a free shuttle to the beach and to the North Tower pool from Spring-Fall.
**Important to know**
* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo and non-smoking complex.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the 3rd floor and has an elevator.
*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in.
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Charcoal grills on property.
*Washer/dryer in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Parking spaces provided in front of the building, and throughout the neighborhood (no limit on number of vehicles).

Policies:
*For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
*Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.
*Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
*Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.
