This comfortable, clean, private home is located in the Continental Country Club area in east Flagstaff, south of the Flagstaff Mall. It is one home off of the golf course, and is fully furnished with everything you need other than your clothes and food. It is part of an established neighborhood with mostly full time residents. This is a mountain setting at 6800 ft.. Temperature here is typically 15-20 degrees cooler than Phoenix making it comfortable year round. Enjoy the beautiful newly refinished deck with views of Mt. Elden and throw something on the BBQ.

Upstairs: Two bedrooms - the master has a queen sized bed and the another room has a twin bed, and one bathroom. Both have large closets. Kitchen, living room and dining room.
The house is split entry so there are stairs up or down from the entry way. Guests must be able to climb stairs.
Downstairs: One bedroom with a queen bed, a large living area with a twin trundle bed and a closet filled with games, a bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
There is solid reliable internet with wi-fi. If you need something super fast, you can upgrade at actual cost. There is OTA (over the air) TV for all of Flagstaff and Phoenix stations, and Netflix. Currently there is no cable TV, but again, that can be added at the actual cost if you desire it. There is one large screen TV upstairs and a wonderful gas fireplace that does a great job of quickly heating the whole upstairs.
There is a six month or one year social membership that can be purchased from the Continental Country Club which gets some discounts on golf, and it gives the use of all of the other facilities (pool, tennis, pickleball, weight room, etc). Cost for these is not included with the rental fee, and it is subject to change at the HOA's discretion. This house is not part of the HOA.
