Summary: Overall a great stay, very conveniently located and fully equipped. There were some technical difficulties with check-in. Just make sure to call Otium for room details even if you perform the online check-in. Since these are apartmentments, you need the room number and code to get in, otherwise check in is a pain, but the room was clean spacious and very organized. The apartments overlook the ocean or the views of the bay and the city. Very well equipped and Otium responds very quickly to questions or concerns. Condo staff will not be able to help with anything, just call Otium, as they will clearly state that they don’t work for Otium and can’t really Check you in. Overall a great stay at a prime location for a great price.
