Tucked away, with breathtaking views over salt marshes and Menemsha Pond, this bright and airy 2-bedroom contemporary is a retreat to feed the soul.

An open kitchen/living/dining room (and full bath)-- newly painted and furnished -- has stunning views and incomparable sunsets. The house has decks with views off both living and sleeping areas.

Attached by a deck to the living room, a wing for sleeping has 1 Queen and 2 twin beds (plus a cot available on request) and a half-bath. Altogether, there are 1.5 baths and a beautiful, new outdoor shower.

A secret path out the back gives quick access on foot to the beach and fishing village of Menemsha, where you will find coffee, papers, food and fun. Passes for Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket beaches are available.
