It includes a movie theater complex, multiple restaurants and Farmer's market Saturdays, Longs pharmacy and KTA supermarket for your convenience. Quality and luxury combined, this condo unit 209, is spectacular. Sunset views from the master bedroom, kitchen/living area and lanai will leave you awestruck. Overlooking the 18th. fairway, with lush landscaping and tropical flowers and a spectacular ocean view and the best ever sunset views. Newly installed Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the unit. High end, large size ceramic tile adorns both bathroom floors and shower walls. All rooms include ceiling fans with two 6,000 CFM fans in the living room/ kitchen area. We have a full gourmet kitchen. Sunsetter power shades on the lanai, sliding windows and patio doors with screens throughout. The trade winds off of the ocean along with our fans, sliding windows and doors add to the "chillax" Hawaiian style. As our local weatherman says, we have "the best weather on the planet" Outfitted with with snorkel gear for 4, beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, beach towels and ice maker in the refrigerator...all you need to make your vacation one you will always remember. AC is available as an additional option for $30 per day for the extent of the stay. Please let us know before your check in if you want this option. Our unit is kept spotless with the best of care. It is sanitized after each check out. Please observe the complex rules, especially for the quite time from 10 pm until 8 am. Please respect our neighbors.
