Right outside our house is a bus station for easy travel. In the yard, we have a great outdoor area for lunch and also take a dip in the pool. The house complies with NZ Healthy Home Standards. It has a fire and heatpumps in the living room as well as heaters and electric blankets in all individual rooms.
