Summary: Our stay at Delek was perfect from start to finish. The hotel knew straight away we were in Tulum to celebrate my birthday and went above and beyond to accommodate and celebrate us. We were offered a free room upgrade which was so fabulous however both rooms were equally beautiful and spotless and had the true Tulum feel. The restaurant/beach staff couldn’t have been nicer. The food and drinks were excellent and access to all big clubs/restaurants was so easy, it really is the perfect location. We can’t wait to come back
