Welcome to this lovely vacation rental in the community of Orange Tree. With four comfy bedrooms, a private pool, and only minutes from Disney, this home is ideal for a fabulous Florida getaway with the family.
This vacation rental offers four bedrooms including a King master with direct pool access and a fabulous ensuite bath with tub and walk-in shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms feature a full and two twin rooms. The open floor plan is perfect for families and features a full kitchen with bar seating, a breakfast nook, dining room, and comfortable living space. Free internet access and phone calls, as well as TVs in every bedroom add convenience for guests. A laundry room is onsite, as well as a pack-n-play and highchair. The game room offers table tennis fun for everyone.
Outside the sparking pool with large deck area and covered lanai invites family fun. A safety fence ensure little ones are safe. Optional gas heating is offered for an additional fee. The Orange Tree community offers tranquility and beauty and includes a lake, tennis courts, and an Orange Field for guests to enjoy in season.
Only minutes from Disney Parks and Orlando’s other famous theme parks, guests will also find the home convenient to restaurants, shopping, and more.
NOTE:
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on premises there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.
As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.
In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $100 covers up to $750 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
