Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Comfortable beds and sofas, everything in the property was of a high standard, pictures and decorative items were obviously chosen with care and of lovely quality.

Negative: Just a few small observations. The bath is difficult to get in and out of being in the eaves, the upstairs bedroom with sloping roof made the bed awkward to get out of one side. The bedroom window needs replacing, the note says please do not open as it is hard to shut, but it had alrady been opened and could not close, it was held almost shut by a bracket that has been installed, which meant it was a bit draughty. The step from the hall to the kitchen is not wide enough to get your foot on, we both slipped several times and it is dangerous, and a health and safety issue especially for older people like us. This could easiily be rectified by increasing the step which would not intrude into the kitchen,

Summary: We were very comfortable, we had a lovely stay and will book again
