Please note: There may be an RV parked at the end of the driveway near the street. It may occasionally be occupied by the property owners, who travel often and are rarely on site. Their presence will not affect your privacy or use of the home.
Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.
Pet Policy: This is a Dog-friendly home & dogs are only accepted with an applicable pet fee per pet (Limit 2) & prior agreement with the terms stated in our ‘Pet Policy’. Please contact Brigadoon Vacation Rentals regarding pet acceptance prior to booking & to receive a full copy of our ‘Pet Policy’. No cats or other pets allowed.
Please note that there are neighbor dogs, chickens and livestock running lose in the neighborhood. All dogs must be kept on a leash outside (The backyard is NOT fully fenced).
A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.
Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00AM.
