The kitchen is modern, very high quality and fully equipped. On the same level there is a double bedroom with bathroom/WC. 2 further bedrooms with bathroom/WC are located on the third floor. Each bedroom is equipped with its own satellite TV. All beds are 2 metres long.
The chalet has a wellness area on the terrace where you can relax in the sauna or outdoor jacuzzi after skiing. Close to the centre in the Les Coches district: various restaurants, bars, a grocery shop, a bakery, a butcher's shop, a sports shop / ski hire and a newsagent are around 50 to 150 m away. Playground approx. 200 m.

The chalet is located in the top ski area of La Plagne - Paradiski, directly on the ski piste (approx. 50 m); the Plan Bois express 6-seater chairlift is approx. 100 m away. Les Coches, a higher part of Montchavin, is ideally located for exploring the entire ski area thanks to its location in the heart of the resort.
One double room with bathroom is barrier-free and wheelchair accessible, at ground level to the living/dining room and accessible from the entrance without steps; there is also a private, free disabled car park directly at the chalet.

Altitude of chalet 1,450 m; altitude of ski area up to 3,250 m, with the two glaciers Bellecôte and Aiguille Rouge. The blue "Mont Blanc" piste runs past the chalet, approx. 50 metres. A modern 6-seater chairlift starts 100 metres from the chalet; it provides direct access to the entire ski area of La Plagne - Paradiski. Les Coches lies at the heart of the fantastic Paradiski area of La Plagne and Les Arcs, with 425 km of pistes and 140 ski lifts and cable cars. A special highlight of Montchavin-Les Coches is the mega descent from the Bellecôte glacier at an altitude of 3,250 metres over a difference in altitude of 2,000 metres to the ski village. Above Les Coches there are 16 km of cross-country ski trails in a panoramic location.
