Summary: The unit, location, & facilities were satisfactory but nothing more. Based on the owners description, 'Exquisite Countess Haven/luxe penthouse' & the price paid (2300 for 6 nights), we expected more. From the minute we stepped in the door, there were issues; water intrusion in dining room/living room, severe lack of privacy (the unit is a fishbowl), barking dogs in adjacent units, late in the evening, linoleum flooring in very bad shape, cresting a hazardous condition a guest could easily slice their foot on, poor acoustics (you can hear everything neighbors are saying in hallway & adjacent units & many other items of deferred maintenance. Owner was contacted regarding many of the items but in general, just lack of upkeep to the prop.
