Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location is close to the village and Santa’s Village. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that is good for walking. It has 3 levels (one is a loft) so it was fun for kids and provided some privacy for each group. There were plenty of games for kids to entertain themselves. TVs were everywhere. The kitchen is well stocked, has Mikasa plates/bowls and newer cooking utensils. Toiletries and towels were aplenty. The bathrooms are upgraded. The house is very charming and the swing on the downstairs balcony is a plus!

Negative: Parking is a little challenging. The loft remains cold (perhaps provide an electric heater in that area). There were no potholders and long tongs for grilling outside. No extra hand towels. The dryer did not turn on. Both propane tanks were empty. The upper mattress on the bunk beds is falling apart. The sliding glass door to the main balcony is hard to lock.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. It is a 2 bedroom house with a huge loft. I verified this with the host so I was aware of this
