Our Ferias is designed as if we live there continuously, in other words, everything is there that you need in daily life.
This ranges from bed linen, bath linen, shampoo and soap to kitchen utensils and appliances. Even a cot and high chair are provided. Wi-Fi and television are also always available so that you can sit together at the fireplace in the evening or use your cell phone separately.
There is also a playstation3 for the "gamers", games are of course a personal choice.
During the cold winter months there is always wood available and the storage heater provides the spread of heat (this is charged in advance at night) so that you do not step into an unpleasant stay on arrival. You can park your car directly at the house, there is space for two cars. Nice and easy when loading and unloading after your arrival or departure.
If you are staying during the warmer period, our enclosed garden is the perfect location for a cozy bbq, charcoal must be provided yourself (various shops are located within cycling distance of the Ferias). A garden set is always ready on the terrace, under the sun canopy.
The large swimming pond with beach and playground is within walking distance of our Ferias. The children can really enjoy themselves here. For a long walk with your four-legged friend, the surrounding forest with fishing pond is the place to be.
The national park "De Hoge Kempen" is ideal for following one of the countless cycle routes.
A stone's throw from the house is the delightful town of Maastricht with excellent restaurants, cafés and boutiques. Stroll through surprising alleys or visit one of the many sights. Trips to Valkenburg or Maasmechelen Village are easily made. Or a trip with the kids to a children's farm? ... there are so many things to do ...
