Positive: 1. The close proximity to the drugstore, restaurants, and market. 2. Having a one bedroom apartment. 3. Private, off-street parking. 4. Christina, the host, was very kind. 5. The apartment was extremely clean. 6. For people with kids, the host provided toys, games, and supplies for crafts. 7. Short drive into the center of Munich.

Negative: 1. There were no cleaning products or extra garbage bags that I could find. 2. The was only a shower curtain, no plastic liner. 3. There was no A/C, which we knew, and due to traveling during a very hot week, sleeping was uncomfortable, even with the open windows. 4. The private parking was nice, except that it took time to jump out, open the small gate to enter the property, and then open the large parking gate. On one occasion, it was pouring, so I got soaked. 5. The TV did not change the language to English, even though we changed the settings, so we did not utilize the TV or DVD's.
