Summary: This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel and sadly the upkeep has really gone downhill. The hotel looks rundown, and in need of a refresh/clean. The rooms are dirty, and worn. Our Tub was damaged, toilet cracked , Patio screen door ripped and off the tracks. All things that can be looked past, but the room itself was extremely dirty. Beds, sheets, counters, toilet and walls. Absolutely Terrible There is never anyone at the front desk and when you ring the bell, if someone does come, they look annoyed to assist, even when checking out. The pool is nice and the kids loved the slide. Very unfortunate to see such a nice property be neglected to this point.
