Walk from your master directly out to the lower deck and wonderful new 2023 dock (pontoon unavailable for rent) watching the manatees and dolphins swimming while enjoying your morning coffee or evening happy hour cocktails. The first floor features a second bedroom and oversized mudroom; perfect for your island getaway. Head out on the upstairs deck to BBQ the days catch and enjoy the amazing views the Indian River provides.
