The pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches, the playroom for children and adults with pool table, table tennis, TV, flat screen, sofas and armchairs are at guests' disposal. The property is fenced. Free public parking is available near the residence (50 m). In the structure is available on request a common room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The tourist train station leading to the beaches (sand, pebbles and rocks) of the tourist village of Lanterna (3 km from the house) is 50 metres from the property.
