The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for group meals and features generous counter space, flowing seamlessly into the dining area with seating for six. - Please note that Family Tides is the front unit of two attached homes and offers a partial ocean view, along with its own private entrance for your stay. The adjoining unit is occupied by long-term tenants who utilize the carport and share access to the outdoor shower. For transparency and security, there is an active camera positioned at the front of the home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
While pet friendly, the property is NOT fully fenced.
- From May to October these beaches are home to nesting sea turtles. To protect these turtles guests will be expected to turn off all outdoor lights and close the blinds at night from 10pm to dawn.
- Beach gear and beach towels are not provided.
- This home does not have access to a pool.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- This home is located in a quiet residential community, and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance starting at 10 PM. To comply with this ordinance, we use noise sensors in our properties. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
Parking Details:
- Three spaces total. Parking is located on E Cooper Ave (not E Ashley), in the gravel area by the road and the driveway in front of the house. Carports are not available for guest use.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
