Built in white stone from the region, with a 4-slope roof covered with flat tiles, it has been carefully restored and fitted out.
The ground floor is the living room, with a full kitchen, the dining area and the living area. It communicates with the terrace through a French window.
A miller's staircase leads to the upper floor where a bedroom with double bed and single bed is fitted, with a window overlooking the garden and 2 small windows where the pigeon flight holes are located. There is also the bathroom, with sink, shower and wc, well lit by 2 small windows.
"Butterfly" bed and high chair are available on request.
"Le Pigeonnier" has a private plot of over 2000 m² with trees, with special access and a parking space.
From the terrace, pleasantly shaded by a beautiful wisteria, you have a view of your private swimming pool, your garden and the surrounding countryside.
This terrace will allow you to take your meals while continuing to enjoy the pleasure of outdoor life. The barbecue will be invaluable for your grills which you can accompany with one of the excellent wines of the region.
Swimming and sunbathing on the program, but also a little physical activity with a ping-pong table and a badminton net which complete your possibilities of outdoor activities (rackets and balls are provided!).
Mountain bikes can be rented on site for a week.
