Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property is well located, on the boat harbour front and overlooking the sea (from a bit afar), there is a certain charm to it. The old town is very close, there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The host Francesco is a fine person, efficient and smart, well-versed in English. We had a huge balcony with chairs, lounges and a table, decorated with flower pots in traditional style. The room was well equipped, there were facilities for making tea and coffee. In one word, all was really well thought-of and the property in fine indeed.

Negative: The only thing that I would have changed is the way we handled our parking. We paid 25 EUR per night for the property's own garage, which was not only useless indeed (as there were a lot of parking options in the streets around the building), but the entrance was almost always partially blocked by a parked car. I have no complaints of Francesco, but I do think he could have told us directly to keep their private parking as a last option, and first have a try to park just outside.
