Summary: Very safe place to stay after concerts at the Forum. I have stayed here 3 x now and it's an easy walk. Owners are very nice and responsive. Parking is free. The painted ceilings are such a nice touch. I don't mind the outdated decor or the occasional cracked tile, it's a convenient place to stay at a reasonable price.
