Positive: Location on the beach great liked the fact that it had smart tv and everything you needed like t towels etc very well equipped

Negative: The short height doors we are tall people and kept banging our heads, not much room in the bunk room and in the room downstairs. The property needs some tender loving care like it needs new locks and the doors need easing as they don’t want to close properly, couldn’t open the windows . The outside space terrace on the beach really needs a make over as it’s very well worn now and the location on the beach was why we booked it. Liked the fact that there was ice in the freezer milk in the fridge and wine and biscuits on the table. Also not very far from the pub. Been visiting Borth for 54 years so we love the place. Could do with a rail on the outside steps as the steps are the wrong height.
